Shipping
We process all standard orders and guarantee dispatch within 7 working days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
For custom notebook orders:
We require your confirmation photos before production. After we receive your reference images, your notebook will be shipped out within 7 working days.
Returns
We strive to bring you a pleasant shopping experience. If you wish to return any goods, kindly reach out to our support team to lodge a request. We will assess each case carefully and guide you through the return process.
Additional Notes
1. All returned goods must remain unused with original packaging intact.
