退貨
我們提供十天的退貨服務,如你要退回您的產品,請於 收到貨品的十天內 (根據追蹤記錄上的交貨日期,如適用)電郵我們要求退貨的原因。 而對於退貨的申請,請確認並保證商品外包裝完好無損(沒有損毀或塗污),並符合以下要求:
- 商品完整無損
- 商品所有配件完整無損
- 商品未經使用
如對退換貨有其他疑問,請以電郵與我們聯絡。沒有事先通知的退貨恕不受理。
由於客製化產品是閣下專屬的創意作品,基於SUITISFY錯誤以外的原因,所有客製化產品只會退還貨品(減去折扣優惠及運費後)50%的金額。運費概不退還。一旦我們收到並檢查了您的退貨,我們會通知您,並通知您退款是否已獲批准。 如果批准,您將自動退還您的原始付款方式。 請留意,您的銀行或信用卡公司也需要一些時間來處理和郵寄退款。
Refunds
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at hello@suitisfy.com with the reason of return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than SUITISFY error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required). Shipping fee is non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
